A Debt Paid in Blood

sachavonkarl74 Ona-man show from the Netherlands, playing melodic black metal with a raw fiber reminiscent of Bathory and early Darkthrone. This is the second EP and it's recent, so not to be confused with other bands with the same name. Can't wait to hear more in a full-length album !! Favorite track: Underneath a Crimson Moon.

nathan_music_enthusiast This album is fantastic all around. The first section of With Cosmic Terror They Came reminds me of Bathory a little, which is always good. Death Submerged in Life feels very Darkthrone inspired and it’s awesome. Definitely going in my top albums of 2024 list. Favorite track: Death Submerged in Life.

Frosty Bear I love where he’s going with his music - second-wave melodic black metal, with a modern touch - and look forward to the full length. Favorite track: A Debt Paid in Blood.

From above they came towards This heavenly body of ours Wretched beings with many eyes To see and dispose of us all But our deaths shall not be fast For they feast on the sorrow of souls Slowly they will madden us And have us all end it ourselves With descension almost complete Every soul has now started to rot In ecstatic gluttony Shrieks of joy do fill up the skies And as the earth is turnt into a hell Only one answer remains to tell The reason God has left us to be felled The reason no one could ever be saved With cosmic terror They came to us To erase, exterminate the human race Filling up with madness Coughing blood out of fear Slowly we are fading out Forever left wondering why Why With cosmic terror They came to us To erase, exterminate the human race Filling up with madness Coughing blood out of fear Slowly we are fading out Forever left wondering why they came With cosmic terror They came to us With cosmic terror They came to us With cosmic terror They came to us With cosmic terror They came to us Only to relieve a morbid lust

As the sun turns into darkness The moon turns crimson red The end Has arrived Just like the prophecy Foretold in ancient tomes Day of reckoning Day of armaggedon Underneath a crimson moon Underneath a crimson Image of God descends As all the dead are raised Judgement passed ruthlessly Eternal life at stake Whatever be thou fate? Hammer of justice smashes down Underneath a crimson moon Underneath a crimson moon All hail the crimson moon Symbol of cessation brought to life All hail the darkened sun For cimmerian is the day of the Lord Underneath a crimson moon Underneath a crimson moon Underneath a crimson moon Underneath a crimson moon

Losing Battle Death coming from every side All shall perish If the tide won’t turn Suddenly A voice like flame is heard within Cut his throat to conquer all A victory Whats the price You’ll pay to win? Sacrifice Grant me all his blood Cut his throat to save them all This debt will Be paid in The blood of your first born son As I bring downward the axe I cast my eyes away From the horror Painted clearly on his face Forever wondering Why This debt will Be paid in The blood of your first born son This debt will Be paid in The blood of your first born son

Deep within the self Buried beneath reason Lies a dark, twisted desire Whispering agonizing truth Screaming at the futility of it all Begging me to end it Begging me to take the plunge And so I tread the water Hoping never to return Let me be frozen and still To be dead whilst submerged in life All my life ive been searching For any answer at all But all I ever seem to find Is mindless contradiction With only this I could live on Create my own meaning and purpose But the sea has been calling for so long Begging me to give her everything And so I tread the water Hoping never to return Let me be frozen and still To be dead whilst submerged in life And so I tread the water Hoping never to return Let me be frozen and still To be dead whilst submerged in life The irony of fate To be felled by To be drowned in The essence of all that can live Water, fills my lungs Relief, fills my heart Water, fills my lungs Relief, fills my heart Forever And ever And ever And ever And ever
